Lose 45 Pounds in 3 Weeks

Many people still think that Losing weight, tighten the belly and have a slim wait is just a matter of beauty. In most of the cases people go through painful diets to lose weight, and others basically don’t eat, and get sick.
The fastest and healthiest way to lose weight is using natural  and thermogenic ingredients. Thermogenic ingredients are ingredients, that once are ingested, they raise your body temperature and make your metabolism run faster and burn more fat than usual.
Today I’m going to share with you a recipe that is an association of thermogenic spices, and that will  help your metabolism to run faster  and  burn fat 8 times faster than usual.


Ingredients:
  • Handful of Parsley.
  • 2 medium lemons
  • 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • 5 tablespoons of grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
  • 1 litter of water


Directions:
  • Make a juice using the 2 lemons.
  • Mix all the ingredients listed above and blend them using a food processor or a simple blender.
  • Drink this before sleeping and do not eat anything after drinking it.
  • You can also drink this in the morning before consuming anything, it will help you lose weight and eliminate toxins.
People that struggle with high blood pressure  may be sensible to cinnamon and ginger, also, pregnant women can not consume this recipe.
Regular consume of this drink can radicalise the weight loss and make you healthier. After drinking this everyday for a month, you will see yourself with less 45 pounds. Besides, You will reduce blood sugar, lower cholesterol and prevent Urinary Tract Infection due to Parsley.

  3. make one liter so that you will not have to do it again. Drink one part in the morning on a empty stomach and only eat something after 20 minutes. Also drink it at night before sleeping to avoid cravings.

  4. This cannot be. If you say drink a cup in the morning and one at night. Most cups are 8 ounces. A liter is 33 ounces.

    1. I could not consider the size of all cups unfortunatelly, but just make sure you drink one cup in the morning and the other one at night. I am here in case you have more questions.

  7. Welp. I just made a liter of it today and it tastes like death. lol. But I will keep it up and see you again after 3 weeks. I'm combining this recipe with a change in lifestyle which is a healthier one. I hopw this recipe sure works!

  9. Trying this... not the worst but not the best flavoring. Not sure if I was supposed to drink 1 liter all at once, but I was only able to drink 1-1 1/2 cups.

    1. Slightly Mona, if you dont want it all in one recipe grind parsley in a blender and drink it separated with the recipe.

  14. can you boil the cinnamon and ginger in a pot low for 10 min so it is smooth like hot cider when you add the honey
