How can you burn all body fat in just 3 days??? It is a nonsense. Just imagine a really obese person who weighs some good 300 lbz. How could they possible lose of of that fat in just 3 days? I am not going to read beyond the title of the article because I will tell you the recipe to losing you excess body fat: Change your diet, eat healthily, get an app that will tell you how many calories you should eat, and above all: MOVE, MOVE, MOVE the body. Without healty diet and physical exercise, you will never lose your excess fat. Or you will, but later on you will gain it back. And even more.
