Fenugreek is a wonder spice, used in different recipes , and it also has amazing benefits. Fenugreek seeds are aromatic and flavorful. As I said Fenugreek is a spice, and if you never heard about it, don't worry, it is not really famous, it is a popular spice used in Indian dishes.

We all know that Indian women have one of the most gorgeous hair in the world, I mean, long, bright, voluminous, curly, it is definitely every women`s dream. The secret used by them to achieve such great hair is Fenugreek.

The reason why fenugreek is so effective for hair, it is because fenugreek in rich and medicinal properties, such as:

  • Vitamin C : helps to boost immunity.
  • Protein :curative properties for baldness.
  • Potassium : works against  premature grey hair.
  • Nicotinic Acid : promotes hair growth.
  • Lecithin : strengthens hair follicles, treating sensitive scalp conditions.

As you see, you can use fenugreek to combat all the kind of hair problems, you definitely should try using fenugreek powder in your homemade recipes for hair growth.
In many sites you can read that fenugreek can boost your hair growth incredibly, I mean, 10 cm in one week. But I personally don't agree, well before tying any recipe for hair grow, you must always remember that it is not general, people are not supposed to have the exact same results, it depends on the type of hair of each person. I believe that this may really happen if your hair naturally grows fast, most of the recipes for hair growth using fenugreek are used in India, and their hair growth is associated to genetics, that is a fact.So don't get frustrated if your hair grow less than 10 cm in a week.
In average, using fenugreek for hair growth you can achieve at least 2-4 cm in a  week.

Today I am going to teach you recipes that you can use to make your hair  grow faster using the fabulous seeds of fenugreek.
