Find out how this Brazilian Rapunzel achieved 1,65 m of Healthy long Hair

Having a long hair is something that we all wish for, if it is not long hair, at least we wish we never had to go through a hair loss. In this post I'm going to share some tricks used by Brazilian Rapunzel to achieve 1,65m of hair, and she was just 12 years old when she achieved such goal. I will understand if your plan is not to achieve 1,65m of hair, because that's a lot, even Rapunzel ( this is how I will call her) complained about how many shampoos she had to buy to keep the hair. She had to use piratically a whole bottle of shampoo, only in one wash.

According to Rapunzel, achieve a long hair it is easy, you just need to focus on treating it, moisturizing, and also search for some hair masks that show fast results. When applying these masks, you can always stay even an hour for better results, and don't forget to use your shower cap, so you don't get all dirty.
I don't know if you noticed, but most of the recipes contain spices, and I will explain why. Many people don't realize, but spices are very effective for hair growth and combat hair loss, especially the ones that when applied on hair cause a burning sensation. That's what you need.  When you apply these masks and feel a burning sensation, be happy, that's your blood circulating, and that's what you need to increase your hair growth. All the other ingredients that we use on our hair masks will nourish, moisturize, condition the hair, while these spices will  help to increase the circulation of blood through the scalp, leading to a long and gorgeous hair.

I cant guarantee how long can your hair grow using these treatments, but you can at least grow 4 cm in a week. Now do the maths, and see what you can get in a year!!! Just amazing.
In case you are not  a fan of long hair, use these masks and you will also get rid of dandruff, and hair loss. These spices just cant stop surprising.
