We all wish we could stay young forever, but unfortunately, that doesn't happen, and the wrinkles, sooner or later, they land in our pretty  faces, and then, all over our bodies.I guess is safe to say that nobody likes to look in the mirror and see thousand wrinkles all over the face. There are many creams that are effective to get rid of wrinkles. But we can also rely on natural products, the only thing you have to do is read this post and learn the best homemade anti-aging  masks you can do using Kiwi.




Kiwi benefits for skin


Anti-aging :the rich variety of antioxidants in kiwi fruit can delay the effects of aging throughout the body. These antioxidants can neutralize the free radicals that damage the cells and accelerate the process of degeneration resulting in changes in skin thickness, elasticity and firmness.


Maintain skin firmness: kiwi fruit oil is used in several anti-aging products. Kiwi have a high content of water soluble vitamin C, which is involved in collagen formation. Collagen is a connective protein that imparts firmness to your skin. Production of collagen declines with skin  aging, causing it to lose elasticity.


Softens skin :Vitamin C not only imparts firmness to your skin but also repairs it. Kiwi have more vitamin C than oranges. This vitamin facilitates quick healing of cuts and abrasions as well as prevents rough and dry skin. The regular consumption of kiwi fruit provides you with a softer skin.

Kiwi and Lemon Juice Mask

Lemon Juice is an antioxidant and contains vitamin C, which helps to brighten the skin. It tightens the skin because it contains astringent. It also regulates secretion of sebum. It has vitamin C that helps production of new skin cells and shedding the dead cells from the skin.
  • Mix kiwi pulp with lemon juice.
  • Apply it on your face using a cotton ball.
  • Leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.

Lactic acid is used in many skin care products, because its a very good exfoliator and moisturizer, it also helps to prevent wrinkles and reduce the appearance  of already-existing wrinkles.




Olive oil

Olive oil contains antioxidants and vitamins, so when it is applied on the skin it can delays premature aging. Olive oil contains vitamins E and A that helps in elongating your youth, hydrating skin and sustaining skin`s elasticity and softness. Moreover, it helps to generate skin cells. The best part of olive oil is that it easily penetrates the skin, and allows the oil to heal damage, reduce wrinkles and improve texture.





Honey

Honey is a natural antibiotic, so its a perfect ally when it comes to keeping the skin moisturized and also promote a glowing skin. Honey is a great source of anti-oxidant which plays a key role in protecting the skin from harsh UV rays. Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.
  • 1 kiwi.
Directions:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Apply the paste on your face.
  3. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
  4. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

Avocado and Kiwi Mask

Avocado contains incredible amount of essential nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Avocado is an amazing treatment that helps reduce wrinkles and fight aging process. The antioxidants in the fruit are very potent fighter against wrinkles, giving you a youthful look.
Avocado improves the production of collagen, which maintains your skin`s elasticity and firmness. It can even accelerates new cells generation and promotes circulation in the body.

  • Smash half avocado and kiwi until it forms a creamy past.
  • Add olive oil just to make the paste a little bit more nourishing.
  • Apply it on your face and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash it off with lukewarm water.



Kiwi and Egg yolk Mask

Eggs  contains amino acids, vitamins and minerals that are essential for a healthy skin.Eggs contains proteins that are effective to purify, cleanse, and firm the skin, while helping to reduce the appearance of pores.They also offer a smooth skin, and they are definitely a perfect anti-aging skin care ingredient.

Ingredients:

  • Half kiwi fruit.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.


Directions:
  • Mash half kiwi along with  olive oil, and honey.
  • Add one egg yolk and mix it well.
  • Apply it on your face and keep it for 15 minutes.
  • Wash it with lukewarm water.

Kiwi Vitamin E and Shea Butter

Shea Butter is naturally rich in vitamins E, E and F,  and it provides the skin with essential fatty acid and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. When collagen production is increased it will reduce wrinkles and also offer you a firm skin.   Besides reducing wrinkles, Shea butter will also  nourish and moisturize your skin.

Ingredients:
  • 1 kiwi or just half.
  • 2 capsules of vitamin E oil.
  • 2 teaspoons of Shea butter.
Directions:
  • In a small bowl mash the kiwi fruit.
  • Add Shea butter and vitamin E oil to the mixture and stir it well.
  • Apply the paste on your face and allow it to sit for about 30 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with water and then apply your moisturizer.
  • Repeat the procedure three time a week for faster results.
