Daily Recipe To Avoid Regaining Weight
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon – 5 medium sticks or 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder
- Milk – 1 litter
Directions:
Boil milk along with
cinnamon for about 20-30 minutes and then let it cool off just a little bit, try not to exaggerate, after all
is a tea and it must be a bit hot. Serve it in a cup and you can actually drink
with your family so that you can all be healthier. The recipe with one litter
is actually for more than one person, in case you are a going for a single person recipe use 2 sticks of
cinnamon and half litter of milk.
Drink this tea in the
morning on an empty stomach and only ingest food after 20 minutes. This drink
will daily reduce the capacity of your body to store fat, besides, it will also
reduce cholesterol, and avoid
